Custom Glass Bottles Integrated Design & Manufacturing Service
If you already have your product concept and market positioning, we can act as your upstream R&D partner. With our complete development workflow, we will turn your ideas into market-ready products with consistent quality and mass-production capability.
What Can Lobeka Offer?
This is our Creative & R&D Center. We focus on translating your brand perception, market positioning and product requirements for perfume bottles, aromatherapy containers and candle jars into physical finished products with mature solutions ready for mass production.
From concept formulation to final delivery, we stay with you throughout the full end-to-end development journey.

Requirement Discussion
& Concept Design
It all starts with an in-depth consultation. We will discuss your brand positioning, preferences of target customers, filling materials and project budget together.
Feel free to share your ideas. The more details you provide, the better we understand your requirements. After our discussion, our design team will take current market trends into account and deliver 1 to 3 product concept proposals, complete with bottle sketches, material and craftsmanship references to bring your creativity to life for the first time.

Design Refinement & 3D Rendering
Once the concept plan is finalized, the project moves into the detailed refinement phase. With 3D modeling, you can examine the bottle’s exterior surfaces, wall thickness and internal structure from a full 360° perspective.
Meanwhile, we conduct structural feasibility assessment to ensure the design balances aesthetics while meeting production and filling requirements, avoiding the pitfall of “beautiful appearance but unfit for mass production” from the very start.
360° 3D Visualization
Explore every angle of your bottle design.
Structural Assessment
Evaluate wall thickness and internal structure.
Production Feasibility
Balance aesthetics with manufacturing requirements.
Sample Preparation & Validation
We will produce physical samples and send them to you, allowing you to feel the texture of the bottle in person. At the same time, our laboratory conducts a series of reliability and pressure tests to check for leakage, drop resistance, and corrosion resistance upon long-term contact with specific liquids.
We ensure the product is not only visually appealing but also robust enough for market distribution and daily use scenarios.
Diverse Surface Treatment & Decoration Processes
We offer a full range of surface decoration solutions, including texture-enhancing finishes such as matte coating, spray painting, frosting, decal application, laser engraving and electroplating, as well as screen printing and hot stamping for crisp brand logos.
Starting from the initial phase of bottle shape design, we help you plan and preview the final visual effect to ensure accurate realization of texture, decorative details and brand identity.
Mold Development & Production Finalization
Once the sample is approved, we immediately kick off mass production preparation. Our mold engineers will develop custom production molds based on the finalized design.
This process is similar to tailoring high-end couture gowns, ensuring that thousands of mass-produced items maintain the same quality standard as the approved sample.
Custom Mold Engineering
Precision molds tailored to your approved design.
Consistent Product Quality
Reliable replication from sample to mass production.
Pilot Production & Final Confirmation
After the mold is completed, we will not start mass production immediately. We first carry out small-batch pilot production (typically 1,000 pieces) using mass-production equipment and full production workflows to comprehensively verify the entire production process.
Only after confirming all links are stable and meet standards will we safely launch full-scale production.
Small-Batch Pilot Production
A controlled production run to verify manufacturing consistency before full-scale production.
Production Process Verification
Validate equipment performance and workflow stability.
Final Quality Confirmation
Confirm production consistency before scaling up.
Lobeka’s Guarantee and Supporting Facilities
Who owns the copyright of the bottle design?
The bottle design developed with your investment is 100% owned by you for production and usage rights. Without your permission, we will never supply this product to other clients.
What is the development cycle and cost for 3D prototypes?
The cycle generally takes 9–15 days from conceptual proposal to sample delivery. The cost depends on design complexity and development input. We will provide a clear and transparent quotation.
Can pumps and packaging be processed together?
Absolutely! We offer one-stop supporting services for bottles, accessories and surface finishing. Whether selecting optimally fitted sealed pumps or realizing your desired logo printing effects (silk screen printing, hot stamping and other processes), all can be completed simultaneously, saving you much time and communication cost.
What if I want to modify the design later?
Minor adjustments (such as changing the logo position) are easy to implement. Major changes to the bottle structure will require re-evaluation of the proposal and updated quotation. We recommend thorough communication in the early stage of the project to reduce revision costs later.
