Glass Bottle Mold Development
Molds lie at the heart of bottle quality. Our in-house mold workshop manages the entire workflow from design to machining, ensuring high mold precision to faithfully reproduce every curve and angle of your design. The first sample produced after mold completion will be inspected by our sales team. Mass production will only commence once the inspection is approved. This shows our respect for your original design and serves as the first line of defense for our quality commitment.

Production Process Control
We have set up multiple quality inspection points on the production line to conduct real-time monitoring of key items including the bottle neck, bottle wall thickness and thickness uniformity. Once any parameter deviation is detected, equipment settings will be adjusted immediately to ensure every product meets specifications. This prevents the build-up of hidden risks and stops defective items from moving to the next production stage.

Repeated Verification, Multi-layer Inspection
Once production is completed, the entire batch will undergo secondary inspection by our quality control department. Beyond visual examination, we perform simulated tests based on real-world usage scenarios, including sealing tests after pump assembly and impact resistance tests simulating transportation conditions.
Only batches that pass all these tests are allowed for packaging and warehousing.

Common Questions
YOUR QUESTIONS, OUR ANSWERS
How to define mold cost and ownership?
A: The customer shall bear the mold fabrication cost. Once the mold is finished, the customer owns 100% of the mold rights. The mold will be filed and stored at our factory. You may inspect the mold anytime or apply for mold transfer upon your request.
What is the MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
A: To guarantee production efficiency and stable quality, our standard MOQ is:
- 10,000 pcs for new designs with first-time mold development.
- 3,000 pcs for reorders of existing molds.
Note: The exact quantity can be negotiated based on bottle complexity and technical requirements.
What are your payment terms?
A: We adopt industry-standard payment terms with transparent procedures to protect the interests of both parties.
- 50% deposit after order confirmation.
- The remaining 50% after production completion and quality inspection, before shipment is arranged.
How do you handle quality issues?
A: We have a complete after-sales system:
- Fast response: We reply and launch an investigation within 24 hours of receiving your complaint.
- Liability assessment: If defects are caused by our production, we will arrange free replenishment, rework or compensation as mutually agreed.
- Continuous improvement: All cases are recorded and reviewed to improve production processes and prevent similar issues from recurring.
Do you support mixed SKUs in one order?
A: We understand brands' needs to enrich product portfolios. Mixed SKUs, such as glass bottles in different capacities and colors, are allowed in a single order as long as the total quantity meets the MOQ requirement. This helps you plan inventory flexibly.
